These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Acclrt.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a platform offering [briefly describe services, e.g., accelerated business solutions, software tools, or consulting services]. By accessing or using our services, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Acclrt.io.
2. Definitions
Services: Refers to the products, software, tools, consulting, or other offerings provided by Acclrt.io.
Subscription Plan: A recurring payment arrangement for access to our Services, including monthly or annual plans.
Client/User: Any individual or business entity that accesses or uses our Services.
Annual Plan: A 12-month subscription commitment with discounted monthly pricing.
Monthly Plan: A month-to-month subscription without a fixed term.
Invoice: A billing document issued by Acclrt.io for payment.
3. Description of Services
Acclrt.io provides services like cloud-based tools for business acceleration, data analytics, Omni Channel and more. Services are subject to availability and may be updated or modified at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 General Subscription Terms
We offer various subscription plans, including monthly and annual options. Pricing may vary based on the plan selected. All subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.
4.2 Switching from Monthly to Annual Subscription
If you have initially purchased a monthly subscription plan and later decide to register for an annual subscription, Acclrt.io will not submit a new agreement. Instead, we will issue a simple annual invoice addressed to your business. Upon completion of payment for this invoice, such payment shall be recorded as an acknowledgement and signature, binding both parties to the annual plan policies, including any associated terms, pricing, and commitments.
4.3 Early Termination of Annual Plans
Annual plans are committed for a full 12-month term. Early termination of any annual plan will result in charges based on the original month-to-month pricing for the months the service has been used. For example, if the annual monthly price was $600 per month but the subscription was terminated before the 12-month agreement, each month will be calculated at $800 per month, which is the actual month-to-month price. However, Acclrt.io will adjust the previously paid amount against the total payable, ensuring you are not overcharged. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the annual term.
4.4 Billing and Payment
Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable except as specified herein.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you agree to pay.
5. Termination and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but early termination fees may apply as outlined in Section 4.3.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for monthly plans or unused portions of annual plans, except in cases of early termination as adjusted per Section 4.3. Refunds for other reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and materials provided by Acclrt.io are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your data. By using our services, you consent to such practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acclrt.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Acclrt.io harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of UAE.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
